1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyCryptoFunded platform ("Platform"), including purchasing any challenge, funded account, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MyCryptoFunded operates a proprietary trading evaluation platform. We provide simulated funded trading challenges using Bybit Demo accounts. Participants trade using virtual capital and may receive profit sharing upon meeting performance objectives. MyCryptoFunded does not manage real funds, operate as a financial institution, or provide investment advice.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where this type of service is prohibited by law.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account or allow others to access it. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. MyCryptoFunded reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized access or sharing.

5. Purchases & Payments

All challenge purchases are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge:

• Fees are non-refundable once a challenge has been activated or any trading activity has occurred.
• Refunds may be considered at MyCryptoFunded's sole discretion for technical failures attributable to the Platform only.
• Prices are displayed in USD. Currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Challenge Rules & Trading Policy

Your use of any challenge account is governed by the Trading Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of the Trading Policy constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Profit Sharing

Participants who successfully complete all required challenge phases and qualify for funded account status are eligible for profit sharing as follows:

• The profit share percentage is defined in the plan purchased and displayed in the dashboard.
• Profit sharing applies only to profits generated during the funded account period, not during challenge phases.
• Payouts are processed according to the payout schedule and methods available on the Platform.
• MyCryptoFunded reserves the right to withhold payouts if there is reasonable suspicion of rule violations, manipulation, or fraud.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including software, algorithms, dashboard design, trading metrics, branding, and documentation — is the intellectual property of MyCryptoFunded. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. MyCryptoFunded does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyCryptoFunded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific challenge giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyCryptoFunded and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

MyCryptoFunded may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other participants or to MyCryptoFunded's business interests.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by applicable general commercial principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. [Update with governing jurisdiction once entity is registered.]

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
